Northern Conference 2005 "The Three Great Pillars"
Hemsley House, Salford, Greater Manchester
Saturday 12th November 2005
The Cornerstone Society's Northern Conference was held in Hemsley House in Salford, Greater Manchester. As we have come to expect from Cornerstone
Conferences, we were treated to a series of very enlightening talks. The speakers included Clive Hicks, who spoke at the Summer Conference in London with
with "Beauty and Unity", Bob Cooper, Curator of the Grand Lodge of Scotland with "Creating Masonic Myth", Karel Musch, with
"Monastic and Masonic Orders; A Paradoxical Parallel" and Cornerstone's own Kai Hughes with "The Psychology of Freemasonry".
The hospitality from Hemsley House was first class and the atmosphere was relaxed and convivial.
The Conference was hosted by George Francis, Chairman of the Cornerstone Society who had only been Installed Second Grand Principal at Supreme Grand Chapter a few days before.
Transcripts of the talks can be found here.
